HINTS AND TIPS FOR PATIENTS SHIELDING OR SELF-ISOLATING

SONGS QUIZ

This will appear towards the end of May 2020....

EXERCISES AND HOBBIES

If you or someone you know is self isolating or in an ‘at risk’ group and can’t leave home, follow this advice from the NHS Coronavirus Service: -
Do some simple stretches and walk around.  Be kind to yourself https://www.nhs.uk/oneyou/every-mind-matters/
Spend time doing things you enjoy - reading, cooking, and other indoor hobbies.
Try to eat healthy, well balanced meals and drink enough water.
Spending time with the windows open to let in fresh air, sit and look out at the world where you can, or get out into the garden or sit on the doorstep if you can.

On behalf of the Practice, I would like to thank you all for your assistance and support during this time. It means so much to our team.
Stay safe

PATTERNS

If you're bored at home self-isolating, self-distancing or want to help the NHS frontline staff, here are some sewing & crochet patterns to keep you occupied.

Head Band

UHL need neutral like navy or black.  Add a button on either side to enable our NHS workers to attach their mask.
