Surgery Closed for Protected Learning Time - Thursday 13th February.

Please note the surgery will be closed from 1.00pm this afternoon for protected learning time from 1.00pm.

Our reception team will be receiving training on a new online booking platform provided by Pharmacy First, in addition to undertaking mandatory training such as safeguarding for adults and children, sepsis awareness training, and anaphalaxis training, along with the rest of the team.

The staff will also be attending an online webinar provided by LLR.

If you need urgent medical attention whilst we are closed, please call 0300 3230671 or 999 for life threatening emergencies.

We will reopen at 8.30am on Friday 14th February.

You Said, We Did

You said you were struggling to get through on the phone.

We have implemented a new phone system that includes a call back feature.  If you are more than 10th in the queue you will get an option to request a call back and you place in the queue will be maintained.  Once your reach the front of the queue our system will call you back and connect you to the surgery where a patient co-ordinator will respond to your query.

You said that the porch was cramped and it was difficult to access the automatic door pad. 

We have moved one of our clinical bins into another area to allow more space and access.
