Friday 13th March - Urgent Notification

Please note we are short- staffed in our GP team today due to illness. If your problem is not urgent, we would be grateful if you could contact us next week, either online, by telephone or in person.

You Said, We Did

You said that there is only one chair in the waiting room with a higher seat and arms and requested that we look at getting another.

We agreed this would be benefical and have now purchased another chair.

You said you were struggling to get through on the phone.

We have implemented a new phone system that includes a call back feature. If you are more than 10th in the queue you will get an option to request a call back and you place in the queue will be maintained. Once your reach the front of the queue our system will call you back and connect you to the surgery where a patient co-ordinator will respond to your query.

You said that the porch was cramped and it was difficult to access the automatic door pad.

We have moved one of our clinical bins into another area to allow more space and access.
